CASE SEALER.

The Endoline 744 is a high-throughput automatic case sealer designed for demanding end-of-line packaging environments. The machine requires a wide range of precision fabricated components that must integrate seamlessly with pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems.Ultimate Fabrication supplied the complete structural and sheet metal scope — delivered in batch, ready to drop straight onto the assembly line.

  • Main welded machine frame (mild steel, powder-coat ready​

  • Drive roller support brackets — pressed and drilled to tolerance

  • Tape head mounting plates — laser-cut, countersunk

  • Control panel enclosure — folded sheet, threaded inserts fitted

  • Conveyor bed support legs — cut, mitred, and welded square

  • Pneumatic manifold brackets — precision-cut aluminium

  • Miscellaneous gussets, tabs, and cover plates (×24 variants)
